Terms of Service

End User License Agreement
This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and IngressVC regarding your use of our iOS applications downloaded from the Apple App Store.
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, IngressVC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use our applications on Apple devices that you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Distribute, sell, or transfer the application to third parties
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose
Apple's Role
Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
